New Fun Dog Show Category: Best Celebrity Lookalike 

Does anyone have a dog that looks like Elvis?  Who cuddles a miniature Dolly Parton each night?  Maybe your furball resembles Liberace, or has a haircut just like Dudley Moore in the ‘70’s?  The dog in the photo with me above might be a great candidate for Churchill, wouldn't you agree?

New Fun Dog Show Category: Best Junior Dog Owner 

We’re looking to meet the kids who’ve taken dog ownership seriously.  Those children who do clean up their pup’s poop, who groom and walk their dogs, who have taught their dog new tricks. We’re keen to hear the stories of how rewarding it is to be a kiddie dog paw-rent.  Calling all children dog owners to share with us what makes the brilliant bond with their dog so special.    

Dog Who Has Embarrassed Their Owner: our previous favourite category is back! 

Last year we heard many hilarious stories of the different ways dogs have embarrassed their owners.  This year we’re looking forward to hearing more accounts of dogs that make their owners shy.  We remember the Great Dane who insisted on sitting on his Paw-rents lap whenever they travelled anywhere.  Or the Poodle who always gives sloppy licks on the lips, every time!  Or the Lurcher who loves a tummy rub and opens a leg whenever anyone walks past inviting them to tickle their tummy, making their mummy blush!

Four Rings at Fun Dog Show in ‘24 

The folks in their sparkly jackets are looking forward to judging the 4 rings.  Yes, this year we have two extra rings!!!    

There will be Four Fun Dog Show Rings, space enough for everyone to join in the fun.  Join us to celebrate how hilarious dogs are and let’s count the many ways they make us laugh every day.  The DogFest Fun Dog Show is Fun with a capital F.      

Maybe your dog will win the celebrated title of Best in Show at 4.30.   

How to Book Your Slot for Fun Dog Show 

• Cost: £3 
• Book your show ticket and purchase Fun Dog Show tickets at the same time. Ticket portal. 
• Already have your show tickets?  Book a Fun Dog Show category by adding to your existing order.  Ticket Customer Sevice portal  
• NOTE: On the day Fun Dog Show will have a few slots open to book onsite.  Make sure you get to the festival early to grab those open slots before they’re snapped up.
