Have-A-Go Ring

Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks? Experts in activities such as hoopers, scentwork, gun dog training and wag and tone will be on hand to teach you the basics of each discipline so you and your dog can carry on having fun at home and learn to master new skills.

Hoopers is a fun dog sport that’s ideal for dogs and owners of all ages and fitness levels. Dogs navigate a course of hoops, barrels and tunnels with the same pace and excitement as agility. But the courses are flowing and don’t involve tight turns – making it accessible for everyone! Hoopers is focused on the ability of dog and owner to work together as a smooth-flowing team so it’s a great bonding activity too.

Flyball is a fast-paced relay race for energetic dogs. Teams race side-by-side, leaping over hurdles on their way to a box that triggers the release of a ball. They then catch the ball and sprint back, hurdles again, before returning to their teammate to tag them off and send them on the course. It's a thrilling display of canine athleticism and teamwork. Have a go! Try Flyball with Moulten Magnets! The ultimate race against the clock for speedy pooches! Flyball will run all day in their own arena. Your dog can have-a-go for a small fee.  Or catch their demo in our Action Arena.

Join the cross-country running with your dog craze! You don't have to be an athlete to enjoy running with your best friend - anyone can do it. The Canicross UK team of experts will be on hand to help you test out all the gear - your dog wears a harness specifically designed to allow them to pull, you wear a belt/harness which allows hands-free running and you are attached to your dog with a bungee line.
