DogFest Price Promise Terms & Conditions 

Our Price Promise ensures that you receive the best value when purchasing tickets for DogFest. Here are the terms and conditions that apply: 

Fair and Fixed Pricing 

Ticket prices are fixed throughout the year and will not change based on demand or proximity to the event date. 

No promotional discounts or flash sales will be applied to standard ticket prices after the Earlybird Pre-Sale. 

The Earlybird Pre-Sale will run from 30th Jan until 27th Feb, during which time tickets will be priced at £14.50 instead of £17.50. From 28th Feb until the end of our 2025 shows, all standard tickets will be priced at £17.50. 

Best Value Guarantee 

The price you pay for your ticket will always match the advertised rate on our official DogFest website or approved partners at the time of purchase. 

Free Parking Included 

All tickets include complimentary parking for the duration of the event, as part of our commitment to a hassle-free experience. This does not include Tatton Park who handle their own parking. 

*Please note, Tatton Park charges a fee for parking which needs to be purchased directly from the venue. Parking at Tatton costs £9 per car - it's a reduced rate for the DogFest weekend and you can save 10% on this by booking in advance. Click here to book parking from Tatton website. Tatton Park bookings on their webpage only open in April.

Refunds and Exchanges 

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. 

Exchanges may be permitted under specific circumstances, as outlined in our general terms and conditions. 

Third-Party Sellers 

The Price Promise applies only to tickets purchased through the official DogFest website or approved ticketing partners. 

We cannot guarantee pricing or availability from unauthorised third-party sellers. 

Changes to the Price Promise 

DogFest reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Price Promise at any time. Any changes will be clearly communicated on our website.
