Fresh from their rehoming centres, Dogs Trust staff will again be at each of our seven DogFest events this year, as our official charity partner.
They will be bringing along their popular Dogs Trust Village, where you and your dogs will have lots of fun to sniff out – including the Sniffari, an environmental enrichment garden to get all doggy noses twitching! Plus, if you have rehomed your dog from Dogs Trust, make sure you ‘follow the yellow’ and say hi to the team, as they love to see how well former residents are getting on – nothing beats a waggy tail reunion!
Start your rehoming journey with Dogs Trust
With around 1,000 dogs in their care at any one time, there will also be the chance to find out about some of the dogs who are currently looking for their new, forever family. So, if you have a dog-shaped hole in your heart and are looking to fill it, please head over to the Dogs Trust Village to possibly begin your rehoming journey. You can even take a virtual tour of your nearest rehoming centre at DogFest, as well as book a face-to-face tour at your local centre for a later date.
Can’t wait until DogFest? Head over to the Dogs Trust rehoming webpage, to see which canine friends are waiting for their forever home.
Learning fun with Dog School
That’s not all – we are really excited to again be joined by Dogs Trust Dog School this year, with their very own zone dedicated to all things dog training.
Dog School will be holding interactive training activities, giving some demonstrations and offering top tips for you to take home. So, if you would like to get to know your pooch better and take part in some taster sessions, please head over on the day of your DogFest visit to sign up!
