Could Your Dog Be the Next Star? Introducing the Dog Face of Darwin Escapes Competition

Does your dog have star quality? We’re excited to launch the Dog Face of Darwin Escapes competition — a nationwide search to find one very special dog to become the official face of our brand.

Running from May 10th to September 28th, this competition is your chance to showcase your dog at DogFest events across the UK and win a truly unique prize.

What’s the Prize? 

The winning dog will: 

  • Be crowned the Dog Face of Darwin Escapes for one year (30th September 2025 – 30th September 2026) 
  • Receive two complimentary UK breaks at Darwin Escapes resorts 
  • Be featured in Darwin Escapes marketing campaigns and social media content 
  • Participate in exciting PR opportunities as the face of our dog-friendly holidays 

How to Enter 

Entering is simple: 

  1. Visit the Darwin Escapes stand at any DogFest event 
  2. Take part in a professional photoshoot with The Canine Story 
  3. Submit your photo, dog’s details, and your social media handle via the official entry form 
  4. Opt in to be considered for the title of Dog Face of Darwin Escapes 

Multiple dogs in the same household? You can enter them individually. 

 

Competition Process 

The competition will run in two stages: 

  • Regional Shortlists: After each DogFest event, a shortlist of standout entries will be shared via social media for public voting. 
  • The Final Vote: The seven regional winners will compete in a final social media poll. The dog with the most votes will become the overall winner. 

Winner Announcement: 3rd October 2025 

 

Sharing the Experience 

As part of the prize, the winning dog and their owner will be asked to: 

  • Share daily social media stories during each stay 
  • Create one engaging reel per break 
  • Tag @darwinescapes and use provided hashtags 

This is your dog’s moment to shine while showcasing the beauty and comfort of our pet-friendly holiday resorts.
